Price vs. Value
Many businesses like to talk
price. Here at FPI, we talk about value. This is because FPI brings

benchmark comparisons on FPI's value proposition. When you do, consider
the following questions:

the same model?
- Can anyone who answers a customer phone inquiry
call up and view all appropriate customer information
for a quick response to the customer?
- Do system upgrades happen seamlessly upon
log on?
- How quickly does the vendor respond to legal
and regulatory changes?
- Does the provider worry about systems or use
of the systems in my association?
- How responsive are the vendors? That is, do
they function as true business partners?
