FPI's human resources department recruits technology and business operations staff for FPI.
In addition, we specialize in recruiting college graduates who are eager to combine business
and agriculture in a single career. In fact, every year, we place
an average of 10 to 15 recent graduates in credit and financial
service careers across Northeast associations.
We also assist
associations with the permanent placements of loan officers and
other professional association staff. And we help associations
solve employment-related problems and manage their long-range
staffing and organizational development planning.
Legal
support and employee relations support
We provide legal counsel and support on an extensive
number of human resource issues, from contracts and performance
appraisals to disciplinary actions and terminations. We also help
associations develop activities to support a positive corporate culture, such
as employee opinion surveys.
Payroll/benefits
administration
FPI provides paychecks for more than 500
employees across four Northeast associations and FPI, including
processing all complexities of payroll deductions. We also administer
a full menu of insurance benefits for FPI and association employees from
health, dental and vision to retirement, 401k and long-term disability
insurances and serve as a resource to our association customers
for their benefit needs.
