Michael J. Reynolds

Farm Credit East
Michael J. Reynolds serves as Chief Executive Officer & President of Farm Credit East. Previously, he served as Farm Credit East's Chief Business Officer where he provided executive leadership for all branch credit and financial services operations. He also served as Chair of Credit Committee and as Executive Vice President and Regional Manager.
He is a Farm Credit veteran having joined in 1990 after graduating from Hartwick College with a Bachelors in Management and Accounting and has been promoted through a variety of positions. He is also active in other workgroups within the Farm Credit System, including serving as Vice Chair of the Farm Credit System’s Presidents Planning Committee, a national leadership group, and will serve as Chair in 2023.

Tom Nakano
Chief Financial Officer
AgWest Farm Credit
As Chief Financial officer for AgWest Farm Credit, Tom Nakano is responsible for all accounting and financial functions, operational functions, legal, human resources, and information technology. Prior to this role, he was EVP – Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Northwest FCS for approximately 18 years and has 29 years of Farm Credit experience.
Tom Nakano was raised on a small row crop farm outside of Ontario, Oregon. He graduated from Oregon State with a degree in Finance and received an MBA from Willamette University. He is on the board of the Oregon State University Foundation and was past chair of the board for the Oregon State University Alumni Association. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.

David Barbieri
Chief Information Officer

David Barbieri grew up in Spokane, Washington, where his exposure to agriculture involved working in his family’s diverse businesses, including dairy processing. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Since September 2014, David has been responsible for strategic planning, technology, security, and project management.

John Barcelos
Chief Risk Officer

John Barcelos has served as Chief Risk Officer since October 2015. He has been employed by the Farm Credit System since 2003, most recently serving as Chief Risk Officer for AgWest’s predecessor, Farm Credit West, responsible for portfolio and association wide management reporting and stress testing. Prior to serving as Chief Risk Officer, John served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Farm Credit West’s Enterprise Risk Management and as a lender in the Tulare Dairy Center.

Briana Beebe
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Farm Credit East
Briana S. Beebe serves as Chief Operating Officer. She leads all of Farm Credit East’s human resource programs, central operations and documentation specialist teams, and credit analysts, ensuring alignment of all aspects of credit delivery. She joined Farm Credit in 2003 and served as loan officer in the Middleboro branch for seven years, and human resources for 13 years before transitioning to her current role. She is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in animal science/ag business. She is also a graduate of LEAD New York and Farm Credit’s Leadership Development Program.

Ryan Berg

Ryan began his Farm Credit career in 1999 as a loan accounting administrator. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois and also holds a CPA certificate. Ryan has a son, Alec, and resides in Mahomet.

Aaron is a native of New Holland. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in organizational business management from Illinois State University and joined the Farm Credit System in 1985. Aaron and his wife, Debbie, live in Monticello and have three grown children. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and golf.

Mark Littlefield

Mark Littlefield has served as the President & CEO of AgWest Farm Credit and its predecessor, Farm Credit West since January 2011. Prior to that, he was executive vice president and senior vice president of Farm Credit West since its founding in 2001 and has been employed in the Farm Credit System since 1984. Mark is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Governance Fellow.

Bob Passini
President and Chief Executive Officer
Bob Passini serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Farm Credit Financial Partners. He previously led the organization’s legal team, data governance, and enterprise risk management program as the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer.
Bob joined FPI in March of 2019 following an extensive career in risk and business resiliency, most recently serving as Chief Resiliency Officer for a Fortune 500 company in the insurance and financial services industry.
Prior to his roles in risk and business resiliency, Bob held senior positions leading diverse information technology initiatives where he was recognized for his subject matter expertise in infrastructure architecture, network technologies, hardware and software standards, security protocols, and shared services models. He maintains a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation, is a member of (ISC)² and FS-ISAC and served as chair of the LOMA Business Resiliency Committee from 2013-2017.

Liz Chrystal
VP, Portfolio Management & Delivery
Liz Chrystal leads the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting teams. She joined FPI in March 2023 after serving on the IT executive leadership team at a five-site integrated health system headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. She utilizes her over 15 years of experience in both technical portfolio management and operations, to advance IT and Business operating models for successful delivery, resulting in consistent and desired outcomes. Liz has also worked in various roles including commercial healthcare, IT professional services at government agencies, and other integrated health insurers.
Liz holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Bay Path University with a concentration in Business Administration. She also completed course work for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from Bryant University.

Jamie Manning
Chief of Staff & Communications
Jamie Manning serves as Chief of Staff and Communications and Corporate Secretary, leading the organization’s legal, enterprise risk management, communications, and training teams. She joined FPI in 2019 after serving in various roles in the higher education, legal, and private sectors.
Jamie holds a BA in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Elms College. She is also active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Public Forum as Marketing and Membership Co-Chair.

Jim McCormack
EVP, Chief Technology Officer
Jim McCormack leads our engineering and architecture groups. His teams are responsible for designing and developing the software and applications at the heart of Farm Credit Financial Partners' innovative ecosystem of cloud-based products and services. His group also provides development support for the company's suite of production applications.
Jim joined Farm Credit Financial Partners in 2016 and most recently worked as the Senior Vice President of Application Development. Though he has provided software engineering expertise in various industries, he has been helping teams develop applications exclusively in the financial services industry since 2008, which previously includes commercial banks and investment firms.
Jim maintains a Lean Six Sigma certification from Dartmouth College and holds a BA in business and an MBA from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.

Scott Rousseau
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Scott Rousseau serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and leads the Finance and Accounting functions at FPI. Scott joined FPI in 2007 as Controller and was named CFO in 2009. Scott serves as Vice Chair of the Team FPI Finance committee whose membership is comprised of the Chief Financial Officers of FPI’s ACA Partner organizations. He also serves on the CoBank, ACB Retirement Trust Committee which oversees the defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans for FPI and several other Farm Credit employers.
Prior to joining FPI, Scott worked in technology-focused Financial Planning and Controllership roles at several large financial services firms including The Hartford and State Street Bank.
Scott earned his BS and MBA degrees from Bentley University and holds the Certified Management Accountant designation.
Scott lives in Easthampton, Massachusetts with his wife and two children and volunteers at a Western Massachusetts based horse rescue sanctuary.
Prior to joining FPI, Scott worked in technology-focused Financial Planning and Controllership roles at several large financial services firms including The Hartford and State Street Bank.

John Stabilo
EVP, Infrastructure & Application Delivery
John Stabilo leads Client Technology Services, Computer Operations, Security Administration, and Infrastructure initiatives within FPI. In conjunction with ITAC and ISAC, John helps guide the overall technology direction for the company’s Infrastructure technology products and provides support and guidance for application development processes.
Before FPI, John served as the Vice President of Systems for McKesson, a global leader in U.S. Pharmaceutical & healthcare supply chain management solutions, retail pharmacy, specialty health technology, and community oncology. John was an Independent I.T. Infrastructure Consultant, Vice President of Systems Management and Infrastructure for Mass Mutual, and Director of Infrastructure for Baystate Health.
John earned his BS from Western New England University, a Certified Data Center Design Engineer (CDCDP), and has completed course work in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), ITILv4 Foundations, AWS Technical Essentials, Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions and SAFe for Lean Enterprises.

Jason joined FPI in April of 2023 following an extensive 28 year career in information risk management and cybersecurity threat detection, most recently serving as a cybersecurity manager at two Fortune 500 financial institutions. He is also a proud Veteran that served in the United States Coast Guard for 32 years and was recognized as a senior military leader in cybersecurity initiatives.
Jason earned a Bachelor’s in Information Systems Management at Excelsior University and a Masters in Cybersecurity from Excelsior University. He holds numerous certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Manager (CISM), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer +I (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and ITIL Foundation.
