Farm Credit Financial Partners is dedicated and controlled by an 8-member Board of Directors. Each Board member is in the executive leadership team of our partner Farm Credit Agricultural Credit Associations. Elections are held annually for governance positions.
The Board is responsible for overseeing and interacting with senior leadership. Through their experience and knowledge, they exercise sound judgment on key aspects of our business including strategic planning, leadership development and succession, operating performance.
A 4-member subset of the Board serves as the Audit Committee to provide oversight responsibility for the integrity of the company’s financial statements, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and the performance of internal and external audits. The Audit Committee has the authority to conduct or authorize investigations into any matters within its scope of responsibility.
